Hi Everyone

We’re coming into the Holiday slowdown period which will last thru December. This does not mean houses will stop being bought or sold. There will just be fewer of them. I have 6 Buyers currently waiting for their dream home to come on the market and they have been looking for the last several months. So whichever Seller comes on the market now will attract these buyers waiting to see their home. I love a slowdown in the market since it gives me time to get all my paperwork done, and show houses to the truely serious buyers trying to find the right home.
